A little over a year ago, I helped an amazing couple find a rental home. Today, they hold the keys to the very first home of their own in the U.S.! It has been an incredible privilege to be part of their journey.

I calmly halted the signing, assured my buyers we would get it corrected, and immediately contacted the lender.

The result? We got a new, corrected payment letter on the spot, saving them from an unnecessary $140/month fee for insurance they didn’t need.
