Back in November, I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing couple who were dreaming of a vacation home right here in beautiful Fort Myers. We toured several stunning properties in gated golf course communities, and while the excitement was there, the timing just wasn’t right — so they decided to hold off.

But I believe in staying connected, and I’m so glad I did!

Fast forward to today — they reconsidered, and the journey began again. Since they live across the country, I provided detailed video tours of multiple properties so they could experience each home in real time, no matter the distance.

When we found the one, the road to contract wasn’t without its challenges. Navigating a contingency on the sale of their other vacation property had us wondering if a deal would come together — but through thoughtful negotiation and a little persistence, we found a solution that was a win for both buyers AND seller.
