Worth the Wait

This one feels extra sweet.

My buyers came from New York, starting their Florida home search the way so many out-of-state buyers do with virtual tours and FaceTime walkthroughs. They knew what they wanted, but finding it from 1,200 miles away isn’t easy.

They made the trip down for a quick visit to see homes in person. We wrote a couple of offers that didn’t make the cut. It stung a little but rejection is God’s protection because the home that finally stuck is hands-down the best fit for them. A beautiful property in Rotonda West, and you can already tell it’s going to be filled with so much love.
